Rental Requirements

Minimum Age: Drivers must be at least 21 years old to rent a vehicle. If you are under 21, please contact us by email or through our contact channels to discuss your options and confirm whether a rental may be possible.
Driving licences: We accept driving licences issued in European Union countries, the USA, Canada and Australia. Licences from other countries are accepted when accompanied by a valid International Driving Permit (IDP), where required. A non-EU licence must be written in Latin characters, be accompanied by an official translation, or be accompanied by a valid IDP.
Security Deposit: No security deposit is required if you select our Special Full Insurance. If you do not select this insurance option, a security deposit of €1,000 to €2,500 will be required, depending on the vehicle category.

Insurance Included

Every rental includes Third Party Liability (TPL) and Theft Protection (TP). You may upgrade to Full Insurance with zero excess for additional peace of mind.

Rental Day Definition

Rentals are calculated by calendar day, not by 24-hour periods. A rental from 08:30 until 21:30 on the same calendar day is considered one rental day. Each additional calendar day is charged as another rental day.

Vehicle Use

Only authorised drivers named in the rental agreement may drive the vehicle.
Use of the vehicle is restricted to Crete unless we have given written approval in advance.
Drive responsibly and comply with Greek traffic regulations. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, off-road driving and use on unpaved roads are prohibited.
In the event of an accident, contact us immediately and do not leave the scene before following the required reporting procedure.

Delivery, Collection and Changes

We can deliver and collect vehicles across Crete, including airports, ports and hotels. Please provide your preferred location during booking. For booking changes or rental extensions, contact our team as early as possible; all extensions are subject to availability.
